Our specialist team has expertise in advising on all aspects arising from separation, divorce, financial settlements, children disputes and domestic abuse. The team work from a unique office space in Beverley. The office, Hodgson House is in the heart of Beverley Town adjacent to Flemingate and overlooking the Beverley Minster.

Charges & Fees

We are always transparent and honest when it comes to our charges.

We offer a free no obligation, confidential initial call to discuss your case. We charge a consultation fee for our first meeting to discuss your case in more detail to provide you with tailor-made advice. You will be told what the fee will be for that meeting, and you will be asked to pay money on account.

Following the meeting, should you choose to instruct us, you will receive a detailed written costs estimate of further work that will be required. We offer a range of hourly rates, and these will be explained to you.

Our whole team approach to cases ensure that you will always pay for the right level of lawyer at the appropriate level for your case. That ensures your case is managed as cost effectively as possible.
